The Presidential Elections Tribunal has fixed Thursday to hear a motion filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Atiku Abubakar seeking access to the server of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The Tribunal also reserved ruling on nine applications it heard in respect to PDP and Atikus petition.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) and President Muhammadu Buhari have asked the Presidential Election Tribunal to strike out the petition of Atiku Abubakar for being fundamentally defective. The Independent National Electoral Commission had declared Buhari winner of the February 23 Presidential Election.
A popular traditional medicine practitioner (herbalist) in Anambra State, southeast Nigeria, Igwe Onyeachonam Ofomba, has predicted that Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential candidate Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nigerias main opposition party, in the 2019 general elections, will win at the tribunal.
